Don Davidson has concentrated his career in the legal community and legal technology. Starting as a sales representative for Bancroft-Whitney, a legal publisher in California since 1856, he eventually worked his way to Vice President of Sales. Bancroft-Whitney merged with other major legal publishers to become West Group. Don was part of the integration team that planned and executed the sales function that later became West Group, the largest legal publisher in the world.

After the integration, Don was the Director of Sales for the Western Market Center at West Group.

Upon leaving West, Don helped start several internet companies serving the legal community. As the National Director of Sales for Juritas.com, he helped pioneer "data mining" the court system for public record information.

Don was part of the management team that started Fios, Inc. Fios was among the first Electronic Evidence companies. As the Vice President of Sales for Fios, Inc., Don helped establish the market for electronic evidence discovery.

Having held a variety of executive management and sales positions for companies serving the legal community, the management direction chosen by The Davidson Group gives us a unique perspective in assisting other companies with their efforts to find the best talent.

Don has extensive ties to the deaf community and has dedicated time and energy in developing careers for the handicapped.

Janine DiMarco has a background in Recruiting, Management and Human Resources.

After a successful management career in the financial industry, Janine worked at Bancroft-Whitney/Thomson as an Employment and Benefits Specialist where she recruited sales representatives, attorney editors, account managers, technical support, and marketing and support staff. She recruited instrumental people for the new Product Development Department, which had the challenge of establishing Bancroft-Whitney as a Technology Company. Janine was a member of the San Francisco task force that helped transition the Thomson and West mergers and integrations.

Janine has been placing talented people throughout the United States in the legal services field for over 20 years.

Jeff Null is the Director of Consulting Services for the Davidson Group. After graduating from The University of Connecticut School of Law, Mr. Null moved back to the San Francisco Bay Area, where he grew up. He immediately began working at H5, Inc., a global information retrieval firm, where he worked on several successful engagements and pilot projects within the Project Management Group. He then moved on to a business development role, where he supported and initiated H5's nationwide sales efforts. After his time at H5, Mr. Null worked at Orange Legal Technologies as a sales executive, before moving on to join the Davidson Group in September 2010. Jeff enjoys reading, sports and the outdoors in his spare time, and recently became a father for the first time.

Our research department is headed up by Heather Rahman. Heather came to the Davidson Group after being a researcher for RealFacts, LLC. Previously, she was a researcher for an accounting firm and for a stock trading organization. Heather graduated from the University of Texas -Austin with a degree in Mathematics.
